With maX integration for simPRO, you can now ensure you always have the latest catalogue information and pricing as well as all your supplier invoices, so you can focus on what matters to your business.
Note: only simPRO Enterprise is supported. If you are on simPRO Service, please contact simPRO for assistance.
Step 1 When logged in to simPRO, go to Utilities, then import.
Step 2 For Catalogue Sync, select ‘Catalogue’. For Invoice Sync, select ‘Supplier Invoices’.
Step 3 Select ‘Reece’. You should now see the ‘Automated Import’ option.
Step 4 Click ‘Go to Login Page’. You’ll be redirected to the Reece maX login page.
Step 5 Enter your maX email address and password and click ‘Login’.
Step 6 Select your maX Trading Account and click ‘Connect’.
Step 7 Adjust settings (select supplier, choose options), and click ‘Activate Automated Imports’.
Step 8 That’s it! Automated syncing is now activated.
